JF-10C filling machine takes the center filling method as its working principle.

Working Process: Cover the tubes that need to be filled with inner and outer feeding tubes, with resistance wires at tube center. From the powder tunnel, MgO powder flows into the space between inner feeding tubes and outer feeding tubes, and then enters heating tubes through vibrating feeding hoppers. The space of tubes will be filled with powder gradually from bottom to top as feeding tubes and hoppers are lifted, while heating wires are kept at the center all the time.
