TZ-1 Straightening Machine is used to straighten bended metal tubes especially during the process of manufacturing tubular heaters.

There are three pairs of rolls in the roll rack. The upper roll and the lower roll are driven separately by two motors through the transfer case. The center distance between the upper roll and the lower roll can be adjusted. To straighten metal tubes of different materials and different bended degrees, we can also adjust the height of two rolls in the middle and the angle between rolls and metal tubes’ center line. After entering into the first pair of rolls, metal tubes are driven forwards by the spiraling rolls and run through three pairs of rolls in turn then come out straightened.
